Free Mandated Reporter Training

For church staff and those in ministries that serve children and seniors.

Saturday, November 5th
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Nova Community Church
4345 Emerald St. Torrance, CA

Mandated reporting for child and elder abuse is a serious issue. Join us Saturday November 5th at 10:30 AM as we equip church staff with answers to questions like these:

  • Who is a mandated reporter?
  • What is the law?
  • How do I recognize abuse?
  • What must be reported?
  • How do I report abuse?

This seminar is open to anyone in the community who would like to learn more about mandated reporting. We especially encourage those who are paid staff members of churches and schools who need training or a refresher.

This training is free, but please RSVP below or contact thomaswhiteside@novachurch.org with any questions.

The seminar will be conducted by James C. Tillman (M.Div., M.A., LCPC, LPCC) of Total Wellness Resource Center
